Despite Wyoming’s reliable Republican status, there is an ongoing debate within the party about its level of conservatism, with clashes occurring between more moderate and establishment figures and their more conservative or populist counterparts.  Who is representing your views in this debate?

Chairman Frank Eathorne addressed the priorities of the Wyoming GOP State’s Central Committee during an open meeting on June 14, 2023, organized by the Republican Women’s Freedom Alliance.  Chairman Frank Eathorne, himself a controversial figure, has recently been reappointed to a third term in the leadership of the Wyoming GOP.

The meeting provided a platform for engaged and active individuals from Johnson and Sheridan counties, many of whom hold leadership positions at the county or state level, to share their perspectives, priorities, and concerns.

The discussions revolved around various topics, including election integrity and ballot casting, which is expected to face increased scrutiny in the upcoming 2024 elections. The attendees also explored strategies to strengthen parental rights and influence the education system. Emphasizing the importance of local governance, the focus will be on County Commissioner and School Board positions, as well as Precinct Officers and other local seats.
