Before the regular monthly Board Meeting, the JCSD#1 Board of Trustees meets for a Work Session to prepare for upcoming decisions. Aware of significant challenges ahead, Supt Auzqui is set to recommend that the Trustees reduce the number of required Graduation Credits from 28 to 24, which in turn impacts the Master Schedule and number of daily class periods.
These are complex decisions with far-reaching implications, prompting concern and comments from parents, teachers, and students across the district.
