Concerned Buffalo residents Corina and David Earl-Graef, and Kerry Aggen hosted a public meeting about smart water meters at Bomber Mountain Civic Center on Mon, 9 Dec 2024.

The hosts outlined their concerns about privacy, constitutional rights, and health risks, associated with Buffalo City Council’s program to install new smart water meters throughout the city from April 2024. 

During the meeting, presenters refer to prepared slides to highlight key points. A link to each slideshow presentation is provided below.

Dr. David Earl-Graef was introduced to address health concerns related to smart meters, and explained his views on the potential impact on health and privacy. 40:15
