Town Hall Meeting
Senator Crago, Representative Connolly
Jan 22, 2026
Listen to full audio recording of a Town Hall hosted by Wyoming Senator Barry Crago and House Representative Marilyn Connolly, recorded at the Johnson County Library in Buffalo, Wyoming, ahead of the budget session.
In their introductory remarks Senator Crago and Representative Connolly preview what they expect to dominate in Cheyenne in the upcoming Legislative Session. Key issues will be K–12 school funding recalibration, and a wide spread of property tax proposals plus other bills touching elections, SNAP, public safety, and many others issues that hit at a local level.
Following opening remarks, the meeting was opened up for a period of questions from the audience.
Both representatives were very clear in stating that they are there to represent their constituents.
They encouraged constituents several times to contribute to the legislative process by contacting them with their views; expert or not – even whilst mid-debate in either Senate or House, by either mail, phone call or text.
