Shall Johnson County be authorized to impose an additional one percent (1%) specific purpose sale and use tax, within Johnson County, to be used for funding the planning, engineering, construction, remodeling, furnishing, equipping, supplying (including maintenance equipment), acquisition and improvement of land (if necessary) and allowed by law, a pledge or payment of operation and maintenance, debt service, lease payments thereon and if necessary and/or available to be used to leverage or match federal and/or state grant funds, in the specified amounts and for the specified purposes provided below:

Project (Proposition) #1:
Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the planningm engineering, and construction related to the improvement of the driving surface of Noland Road in the Town of Kaycee.

Project (Proposition) #2:
Five million seven hundred forty-eight thousand six hundred ninety-six dollars and seventy-one cents ($5,748,696.71) for planning, engineering, and construction related the the street reconstruction and paving including curb and gutter, sidewalk, water main and sewer main, of the public street known as North Burritt from Fort St to Mathers St in the City of Buffalo.

Project (Proposition) #3: was WITHDRAWN (after printing ballots).
For new library building in Kaycee.
